Ruins of the Circus Maximus

Dublin Core

Title

Ruins of the Circus Maximus

Subject

A modern day look at the Circus Maximus.

Description

Not much is left of the Circus in modern times. The vast majority was reclaimed over the centuries for other building material. The faint track still remains and tourists flock to it due to it's central location between the Palatine and Aventine Hills.
